Maple Bread Cooling Rack

This well constructed shelving unit is an interpretation of a bread cooling rack from Enfield, New Hampshire.  The possibilities for creative display are only limited by your imagination.  The example displayed is curly maple with a hand rubbed oil and varnish finish, accented by black face frames and red plate rails.  This piece has plate grooves cut into the shelving and four of the shelves are adjustable and supported  on knotch and standards.  Use as a book case, plate and crock display, or adapt openings to accomidate a big screen television.
